The Story
For over a decade, my work has centered on active practice as a Lecturer. This time spent at the front of the room allowed me to see firsthand what keeps students engaged, how they actually learn, and what helps them retain information long-term. Today, I combine those insights with my work as an Instructional Designer to build learning experiences that are both impactful and enduring.
The Approach
My work is rooted in intentional aesthetics. I believe that how information is presented is just as important as the information itself. By applying a design-led mindset to my years of lecturing, I create resources and training modules that simplify complex ideas and move learners toward genuine mastery.
The Partnership
As a boutique studio, I offer a direct, one-on-one partnership. Whether I am designing a bespoke digital module or delivering strategic CPD for schools and colleges, my process is personal and collaborative. I leverage my history in education to ensure every solution I design is practical, impactful, and ready for the real world.
